Solarig has connected the Arco 8 photovoltaic plant, with an installed capacity of 62 MWp, located between the municipalities of Sanlúcar la Mayor and Huévar del Aljarafe (Seville), to the grid. With this commissioning, carried out at the beginning of this year, the company now has seven solar plants in operation in Andalusia, consolidating an installed capacity in the region of 351 MWp (288 MWac).

Solarig has connected to the grid the “Colón” photovoltaic plant in Huelva, where it has carried out the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work for the British firm Foreshight. The facility has a peak power of 21.03 MWp and will inject 15.96 MW into the electricity system. With this development, Solarig surpasses a portfolio of 1 GW of projects built worldwide.
