Solarig partners with Achilles to make its supply chain 100% sustainable
24 february 2024 – Solarig, a company specialising in the development of sustainable energy solutions for society, has reached an agreement with Achilles, a global expert in supply chain management, to make its supplier and supply network 100% sustainable. The aim is to ensure compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) regulations and legislation throughout the supply chain. Solarig will also standardise all its suppliers with which it operates in the 12 countries where it operates under environmental, social and governance criteria.

This agreement with Achilles responds to our firm commitment to energy transition, sustainability and social commitment not only in our operations but in our supply chain as a whole. Thanks to this agreement we will have a comprehensive view of the ESG compliance standards we work with all our stakeholders’, explained Cecilia Carballo, Chief Sustainability & Communications Officer of Solarig. This collaboration will allow Solarig to evaluate and select its suppliers based on ESG criteria and thus optimise the performance of its supply chain.
