    • Solarig has been recognised by Great Place to Work as a great place to work in Spain. This milestone demonstrates Solarig’s commitment to its nearly 1,400 professionals in 12 countries. Great Place to Work has highlighted Solarig’s strong organisational culture as well as the professional development opportunities and its attractive Employee Value Proposition.

    • According to the data collected by Great Place to Work, 76% of Solarig’s employees consider the company a great place to work. In addition, 81% said they were proud to work for the company, while 80% said they would like to develop their career at Solarig for a long time. They also highlighted aspects such as commitment to diversity and inclusion and social contribution.

Madrid, 21 January 2025 – Solarig, a company specialising in the development of sustainable energy solutions for society, has been certified in Spain as a Great Place To Work® thanks to its commitment to nearly 1,400 professionals in 12 countries. Specifically, the Great Place to Work certification has highlighted its commitment to sustainability, innovation and the well-being of its professionals.

Following a diagnosis of the organisational environment, including a general questionnaire of professionals managed independently by Great Place to Work, the company has obtained this certification, which confirms that Solarig is an organisation with a strong culture, with great opportunities for professional growth and an interesting Employee Value Proposition.

76% of professionals consider Solarig ‘a great place to work’.  

The results of the survey conducted by Great Place to Work show a particularly positive assessment by professionals in relation to commitment, pride of belonging or the positive impact on society. 76% of the professionals say that ‘taking into account all the areas evaluated, I would say that Solarig is a great place to work. Furthermore, 81% say they are proud to work for the company, while 80% say they would like to develop their career at Solarig for a long time.    

From the point of view of diversity and inclusion, 98% of people highlight that they are treated fairly, regardless of their racial or sexual condition, and 82% express pride in the contribution to social projects and initiatives developed by Solarig in the places where it operates. Finally, 89% consider that they are treated well regardless of their position, while 93% value positively the welcome they receive when they join the company.   

Professional development, international mobility and well-being  

 Some of the initiatives most highly valued by professionals are the promotion of professional development through personalised training plans, international mobility and the flexible remuneration system. The ‘Solarig Saludable’ programme, which promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of professionals, including multiple sporting activities and initiatives to encourage healthy lifestyle habits, is also very positively recognised.
