• The new headquarters is located in Sector 1 of the ‘Energy Domes’ of the Environmental Business Park (PEMA) in the town of Garray. It is a modern, sustainable and innovative space with a height of 40 metres, a total of seven floors designed according to a spherical geometry model and more than 2,000 square metres of floor space.

• This new hub in Soria reinforces Solarig’s commitment to innovation and features a Global Control Centre that monitors 13 GW of the company’s operations and maintenance (O&M) in 12 countries around the world via a modern video wall. It will also have a Corporate Services Centre called ‘Helena’ to improve efficiency and processes in the different geographical areas where Solarig operates.

Soria, 7 October 2025.– Solarig, a global company specialising in sustainable energy solutions, is opening its new corporate headquarters in Soria in the innovative complex known as the Energy Domes, in the Environment Business Park (PEMA) located in the municipality of Garray. This change of location represents a new milestone for the company, linked to its solid growth in recent years, its commitment to sustainability, the promotion of quality employment, and the consolidation of an ecosystem of innovation and reference in the energy sector in Spain.

Sector I of this first-class architectural complex, designed by Emilio Tuñón, Luis Moreno Mansilla and Carlos Martínez de Albornoz, will now house the more than 100 professionals who make up Solarig’s workforce in Soria. The company currently has more than 1,500 professionals in 12 countries and has recently been recognised as a “Great Place to Work” in Spain.

An innovative, collaborative space at the cutting edge of technology

The new building that Solarig will occupy, located in Sector 1 of the complex, will have more than 2,000 m² distributed over seven floors, designed with a spherical geometry that maximises the efficiency and functionality of the space. Its facilities include eight fully equipped meeting rooms, a library, a communal kitchen and collaborative spaces on each floor. In addition, the headquarters will have access to shared services within the park, such as a restaurant, gym and ample parking areas. To facilitate the adaptation of professionals, Solarig has deployed specific logistical measures, such as a shuttle service, access maps, personalised signage and informational materials to help them learn about all the services available on the premises.

The new building also houses Solarig’s Global Control Centre, a technological space from which around 200 renewable energy facilities operated by Solarig in 12 countries are monitored in real time. Operating 24/7 and equipped with a state-of-the-art video wall, this centre enables the efficient coordination of the operation of more than 13 GW of solar, wind and battery energy storage (BESS) assets managed by the company, ensuring maximum safety, reliability and performance in the transition to a decarbonised energy system.

Solarig will also launch a new Shared Services Centre in Soria called “Helena”, which will optimise administrative and financial functions and support the group with standardisation and digitisation processes. This new model will strengthen operational efficiency, facilitate the implementation of best practices in all areas of the company and consolidate Soria as a strategic hub for innovation, technology and talent.

A first-class, intelligent and sustainable design

Las Cúpulas de la Energía is a first-class architectural project designed as a multifunctional, modular and eco-efficient space. With a built area of 11,366 m² on a plot of more than 21,000 m², the complex is part of a sustainable environment promoted by the Regional Government of Castile and León and managed by the Public Infrastructure and Environment Company (SOMACYL).

In line with this eco-efficient design and Solarig’s commitment to sustainability, the new headquarters will feature a biomass-powered heating system that ensures optimal working conditions during the winter months, while significantly reducing the complex’s carbon footprint. The facilities also incorporate a smart lighting system that regulates the intensity of LED lighting based on the natural light that enters through the building’s large windows, optimising energy consumption and enhancing the comfort of the workspaces.
