1. – Identity of the Entity responsible for the File
The data provided by the USER through any of the electronic forms on our WEBSITE must be included in one or some files whose responsibility lies with SOLARIG GROUP (hereinafter, the COMPANY), with registered office in Urb. Las Camaretas, Calle Naranjo 6, 2ª Planta, 42190 Golmayo (Soria, Spain).
2. – Purpose of the data processing
The COMPANY will process the data provided by the USER taking into account different purposes, depending on the data collecting method:
To manage the contractual or commercial relationship established between the COMPANY and the USER.
To provide the services required by the USER.
To manage, provide, increase and improve those services to which the USER had decided to subscribe, or register.
To accurate those services in order to improve their quality in regards to the USER.
To design new services related to those mentioned above.
To achieve statistical studies that allow the COMPANY design improvements in the provided services.
To send information required by the USER.
To send information about changes in the products or services contracted by the USER.
To send information by any means, including electronic communications, about new products or services similar to those originally contracted or to those which may be of the interest of the USER, even when the business relationship established between the COMPANY and the USER is finished.
The USER allows the treatment of his/her data for the purposes described above, without prejudice the right he/she has to revoke such consent through sending an email to email@example.com, identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEB SITE and specifying his/her request or, where appropriate, by ticking the box provided for this purpose on the form itself.
3. – Target audience
Data provided by USERS to the COMPANY will not be communicated to other third parties, unless:
The transfer is authorized by a law.
The processing corresponds to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, compliance and control necessarily involves the connection between such processing and files of third parties, such as, banks for the products or services contracted invoicing or courier companies for sending contracted products.
Data are requested by the Ombudsman, the Office of Public Prosecutor, Judges, Courts or the Court of Auditors in the exercise of the functions assigned to them.
4. – Compulsory or optional nature of the information required
Required data for each form will be so identified on the form itself.
The refusal to provide this information will avoid becoming effective the service requested by the USER.
5. – Rights Enforcement
The USER can exercise his/her rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose just sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEB SITE and specifying his/her request.
The USER can also exercise these rights by sending a regular mail to the address Urb. Las Camaretas, Calle Naranjo 6, 2ª Planta, 42190 Golmayo (Soria, Spain), identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEB SITE, together with a photocopy of his/her ID card or an equivalent document and specifying his request.
6. – USER’s commitments
The USER warrants that he/she is above the age of 14 and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
The USER commits to inform the COMPANY of any modification in the information provided by sending an email to email@example.com, identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEB SITE and specifying the data to be modified.
Moreover, the USER commits to keep his/her passwords and identification codes secret and to report the COMPANY, at the earliest time, in case of loss, theft or unauthorized access. While this report is not made, the COMPANY will be exempt from any liability derived of the misuse by unauthorized third parties of such passwords and identifying codes.
7. – Third parties data provided by the USER
In case third parties data are provided by the USER with any purpose, he/she must guarantee that those who are concerned have been previously informed and that he/she has acquired their consent to communicate those data to THE COMPANY.
The USER guarantees that those who are concerned are above the age of 14 and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
The COMPANY shall contrast the consent of those concerned through a first email with non-commercial contents, in which the verification of the consent given by the USER on his/her behalf will be requested.
In case possible liabilities arose from a breach of these conditions by the USER, he/she must be responsible for the consequences of such breach.
8. – Cookies and log files
The USER can consider the possibility of avoiding cookies generation, by selecting the appropriate option in his/her browser. Nevertheless, if this deactivation might impede the proper functioning of the site, the COMPANY will not be responsible. The information obtained is completely anonymous and it can never be associated with a particular and identified user.
9. – Security measures
The COMPANY has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the existing technology, the nature of the data stored and the threats they are exposed to, whether from human action or physical or natural environment.
However, the USER must be aware that Internet security measures are not invulnerable.
