I started my professional career in the services/utilities sector more than 25 years ago, assuming various roles, from financial analyst to senior management positions in different national and international companies.

Personally, I define myself as a tireless traveller and curious by nature, qualities that have allowed me to discover the five continents and the different ways of doing business in each part of the world. I also recognize that I am passionate about the global challenge of photovoltaics.

Manuel Cortés Aparicio

Industrial Engineer.

My professional experience in the electric power generation sector began more than 15 years ago. During the course of my career, I have accrued extensive experience in business management in international markets.

I worked for more than 10 years in the Cobra Group (ACS), as Corporate Development Director in ACS Industrial and Director of International Business in Cobra Energía, developing an important background in the management of teams, financing and the construction of more than 2,500MW of renewable energy projects in different technologies (CSP, PV, wind and hydro). Prior to joining Solarig in 2017, I served as CEO at Bow Power.

Eduardo García Poza

Managing Director O&M

Industrial Engineer.

Executive program from the IESE Business School and Executive management program from IE. I have more than 23 years' experience in the management of public water and waste management services, in leading companies in the sector in Spain such as CESPA or Ferrovial.

I joined Solarig more than 10 years ago as Director of its O&M activities, where I have been leading the development of this business area to achieve the more than 4.4 GW that the group currently manages.

Ricardo del Barrio Morales

Managing Director EPC

Industrial Engineer.

Executive MBA by the IE Business School and Director of the EPC activities at Solarig since 2007. Previously, I deployed my experience in several key activities within the construction sector.

During all this time I have directed and led the EPC activity of photovoltaic plants in Europe, Asia and America, building and starting up more than 65 projects.

Jaime Martínez Martínez

Industrial Engineer.

At academic level, I have complemented my education as an Industrial Engineer with an Executive MBA and a Management Program in Structured and Corporate Financing from the IE Business School.

After ten years leading the international growth of Cobra Group's subsidiaries and energy investment vehicles, I joined Solarig in early 2018 to lead the company's activities and operations in Americas.

Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to lead business, projects, operations and teams in five continents from the investment, business development/strategy and EPC/O&M services side, gathering a 360º view of the Energy Business.

José Miguel Moraga Delgado

Managing Director EMEA

Degree in Business Administration.

After graduating and completing a Master in SME Management, I started my professional career in tax and labour consultancy advising large companies. In 2006, I joined Solarig as one of its key executives,so I have been able to enjoy and direct its national and international growth from the outset.

Currently, I am the Managing Director of the EMEA region and I am taking the most of my more than 12 years' experience in the development, structuring, sale and financing of photovoltaic projects to lead,direct and coordinate an extraordinary team of professionals in this new era for renewable energies and,in particular, photovoltaics.

David Vallejo Muñoz

Managing Director APAC

I graduated from IE Business School and Executive MBA (Dean list). On a professional level, I have 5 years of experience in the International Certification of Food Companies and 12 years of experience in the photovoltaic sector.

Within Solarig, I have led operations and teams in Italy, South Africa and Japan prior to directing the activities of the company within the APAC region.. The more than 70 MW developed and built projects in Italy during 2008-2010, as well as the ability to integrate development, EPC and O&M in Japan are some of my most relevant achievements.

My entrepreneurial spirit always leads me to search for new projects and concerns. I personally advise several start-ups

Manuel Aguado Hernansanz

Chief Financial Oficer

Degree in Business Administration.

After completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, I completed my studies obtaining the following degrees: PDG from IESE, MBA from UDIMA, and a Master's Degree in Economic and Financial Management from the C.E.F.

My professional career began in the Cobra Group, part of the ACS Group, where I held different positions of responsibility within the economic-financial area. I worked for the company as Economic-Financial Manager in Guatemala, El Salvador and Nicaragua, and shortly thereafter in the same position in Australia. In 2011 I returned to the headquarters of the Cobra Group to serve as the Economic and Financial Director of the Integrated Projects Business Area until 2013.

Subsequently, I joined OHL Industrial as its Economic, Financial and Management Control Director. Position held until beginning of 2018 when I joined Solarig as its CFO. .

Rodrigo Guzmán Samper

Legal Consultancy Manager

Graduate in Law.

I have twenty years of professional experience in leading companies in the industrial, engineering and construction sectors. After starting my professional career as a lawyer in the Tafisa Group, I joined the Cobra Group as its head of legal for its renewable energy division. I was then head of the legal department of the infrastructure and environment division of Técnicas Reunidas for ten years, before joining Solarig in 2018 to direct its legal department.

Pablo Ramos Sánchez

General Services Manager

Degree in Environmental Sciences.

After graduating from the University of Wolverhampton and completing a Master in Environmental Engineering at IQS (Ramon Lull University), I started my career in the motor vehicle sector in Barcelona as a Quality, Safety and Health Supervisor. Subsequently, I moved to China to work as Asia Pacific Area Manager in QA/QC activities. In 2009, I turned my career around and moved to Brazil, where I started working in the renewable energy sector, working for 4 years as HSEQ Manager and participating in the supervision of the construction, throughout the country, of more than 18 wind farm projects, substations and power lines, both in the EPC and O&M phases.

Since December 2015, I have been Director of General Services at Solarig.

Jaime Sureda Juárez

Chief Digital Officer

PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Executive MBA from IE, with more than 25 years of experience in the services sector.

I began my professional career leading water supply and purification projects in Spain and South America. Subsequently, I participated in the development of power generation projects in several Central and South American countries in Iberdrola, as well as in the area of emissions trading.

At Solarig from the outset, I led the international development of the Group and currently lead the process of digitally transforming the company's activities and processes with the aim of consolidating ourselves as a leading reference in the sector.

Julio José Cano Ramos

Human Resources Manager

Graduate in Labour Sciences.

I have more than 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in different areas: international mobility, remuneration policies, compensation, social benefits, personnel management, among others.

After working for Grupo Cobra (ACS) and Grupo Orange as one of their HHRR executives, I joined Solarig in September 2018 to lead, direct and coordinate the Human Resources team, as well as to participate in the digital transformation of the company.
