Solarig Group increased in the last year its operating profit by 171% from 4.84 millon euros in 2009 to 13.12 million euros in the last year. These figures place the multinational group as a global player in the photovoltaic sector.

Solarig signs a sponsorship agreement for the Sustainability International Forum (SIF), an important gathering of professionals and public organizations, that will be held 20 June in Rome and where topics such as energy efficiency, new architecture methods and sustainable mobility will be discussed.

This photovoltaic product designed for homes by multinational company Solarig will expand its sales network throughout the country in order to widen their presence to all regions of Italy in the upcoming months.

Through the present Website, SOLARIG offers its shareholders, clients and suppliers, as well as the general public, corporate and financial information as well as general information in connection with its main business activities.

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network by your Internet service provider, which will be directly paid for by the user. Certain services are exclusive to our shareholders and/or our clients, and access to them is restricted.

The mere access to the Website by an individual and your use of it makes you a user of the Website (the “User”) and implies your full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Statement, as well as any other legal provision that might be applicable. The Website service is provided for a duration that is limited to the moment when the User is connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through the Website. The User must therefore read this Legal Statement carefully each time the User proposes to use the Website, since the Website and the conditions for its use as set forth in this Legal Statement may change.

SOLARIG reserves the right to offer certain restricted areas within its Website. In this case, the User may be requested to complete the registration process in order to become registered (“Registered User”) by completing the corresponding form, which, at SOLARIG’s sole discretion, may include the provision of certain personal data in accordance with the specifications contained in the present Legal Statement. In such case, the personal data may be provided freely and voluntarily and the Registered User will be solely responsible for its accuracy and updating. In this sense, SOLARIG, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the Registered User data and exclude their access to the restricted areas if it is found that the data provided are not accurate or have not been properly updated.

Furthermore, the Registered User must provide a username and password, in case it is not  directly provided by SOLARIG. The username and password will be private and not transferable and will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. In this sense, SOLARIG disclaims any liability for the misuse of the username and password by third parties that do not correspond to the Registered User, without prejudice to the particular conditions which may apply should this be the case.

All intellectual and industrial property rights and other similar rights of the Website and its contents, which is understood to include but not be limited to text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, images, icons, service marks, know-how technology, software, links, domain names and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as their graphic design, source codes and object codes or databases that can be found on the Website and are properly protected by the rules on intellectual property (the “Content”), is the intellectual property of SOLARIG or of third parties, and no Content exploitation rights recognized by the intellectual property legislation in force can be deemed to have been licensed to the User except for such Content as is strictly necessary for the use of the Website.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of SOLARIG or third parties, and access to the Website cannot be deemed to attribute any right to such trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

The User shall refrain from any action that violates any of the industrial and intellectual property rights of SOLARIG or of the corresponding third parties, and also may not alter or manipulate any “copyright” or other identifying data of the relevant industrial or intellectual property rights, as well as technical protection devices, digital fingerprints or any other instruments to protect the Contents, if it might be the case.

Any reproduction, distribution, marketing or processing of Content that is not expressly authorized in writing by their owners constitutes an infringement of the industrial and intellectual property rights protected by the applicable laws and regulations.

The User agrees to use the Website correctly in conformity with the law and with this Legal Statement. The User will be liable to SOLARIG or to third parties for any loss or damage that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.

The use of the Website for purposes that damage the property or interests of SOLARIG or of third parties, or otherwise overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other hardware or software belonging to SOLARIG or to third parties, is expressly prohibited.

The User undertakes to use the Content in conformity with the law and with this Legal Statement, and with any other conditions, regulations or instructions that may be applicable in conformity with the provisions of this Legal Statement.

User must, in accordance with the legislation in force and without limitation, refrain from: (i) reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly disclosing, altering or modifying the Content, except in cases authorized by law or, as the case may be, expressly consented to by SOLARIG or by the holder of the rights of exploitation; (ii) reproducing or copying for private use any Content that may be regarded as software or as a database in conformity with the intellectual property legislation in force, or publicly disclosing or making available Content to third parties, where such acts necessarily imply reproduction by the User or by a third party; (iii) extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Content on the Website, or of any databases that SOLARIG may make available to Users.

Without prejudice to the provisions regarding personal data protection of this Legal Statement and of the privacy policies accessible from the Website and applicable from time to time, the use of certain services or requests made to SOLARIG shall be subject, in case, to the prior completion of the relevant User record.

All information supplied by the User on Website forms for the above or any other purposes must be true. In this sense, the User warrants the authenticity of all data communicated by the User and will keep the information supplied to SOLARIG perfectly updated so that it reflects the User’s actual status at all times. In all cases, the User will be solely liable for any false or inaccurate representations made by the User and for any damage caused to SOLARIG or to third parties as a result of the information supplied by User.

Any Internet user who wishes to insert links from his website to the Website must comply with the conditions detailed below, and ignorance of such conditions will not relieve the Internet user of any liability under the law. The website on which the link is created must faithfully comply with the law and may not, under any circumstances, have or be linked to proprietary or third-party content that: (i) is unlawful, noxious, immoral or indecent; (ii) induces or may induce the User into the false belief that SOLARIG subscribes to, endorses, adheres to, or in any way supports the ideas, representations or expressions, lawful or unlawful, appearing on the website where the link is located; or (iii) is inappropriate or irrelevant to the activities of SOLARIG regarding the place, content and theme of the website where the link appears.

SOLARIG ensures that all Content and services offered on the Website shall comply with the principles of human dignity, the principles of non-discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability or any other personal and social circumstance as well as with the principle of protection of youth and childhood. Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on SOLARIG to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, appropriateness or exhaustiveness of the information supplied through the Website. Since the Content is of a general nature such information is insufficient for the User to make personal or business decisions.

SOLARIG is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information supplied on the Website, or for any damage or loss to the User or to third parties as a consequence of actions taken that were solely based on information obtained on the Website.

Furthermore, SOLARIG is not liable for the existence of errors or inaccuracies in the Website, being the Website only for informative purposes, and the User being solely responsible for comparing the content published as well as consulting the corresponding official records when necessary. In this sense, SOLARIG has prepared the Website and its contents in good faith, so that if there were errors or inaccuracies, these would be rectified by SOLARIG as soon as possible and as soon as they became known.

SOLARIG is not liable for any damage to the hardware of Users or of third parties during the provision of the Website service.

Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, continuity and functioning of which are not the responsibility of SOLARIG. Accordingly, services provided through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or blocked, prior or simultaneously to the provision of the Website service. In this sense, SOLARIG may interrupt access to as well as the use of the Website at its convenience and for the period of time that it might deem appropriate.

SOLARIG cannot be held liable for loss or damage of any kind to the User as a result of telecommunications network failures or disconnections that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service before or while it is being provided.

The Website access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that permit the User to access other websites and Internet portals (“Linked Sites”) with the only purpose of providing the User the ability to access and supplement the information through them. In such cases, SOLARIG acts as an intermediation service provider in conformity with Article 17 of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law 34/2002, of July 12, 2002 (the “LSSI”) and will only be liable for the content and services supplied on Linked Sites to the extent that SOLARIG is actually aware of their unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due care. If the User believes that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, the User may communicate this to SOLARIG in accordance with the procedure and the effects established in the present Legal Statement, although such communication will not, under any circumstances, entail any obligation to remove the link in question.

Under no circumstances must the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with the owners or persons in charge of those Linked Sites, or any recommendation or promotion by SOLARIG of, or the identification of SOLARIG with, the representations, content or services provided.

SOLARIG is not aware of the content or services of Linked Sites and, therefore, cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the unlawfulness, quality, obsoleteness, unavailability, error or ineffectuality of the content and/or services of Linked Sites, or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to SOLARIG.

Furthermore, SOLARIG authorizes  any third parties concerned to create “links” from their websites to the Website, provided they comply with the obligations contained in this Legal Statement and, specially, related to the acceptable use of the Website and Contents. Specifically, the “link” must enable  the Website to be displayed in its entirety within the browser window without the content being displayed through borders or “frames”. SOLARIG reserves the right to require  any such third parties to withdraw links to its Website immediately as a result of the breach of this Legal Statement.

SOLARIG is not liable for the User´s incorrect, illegal, negligent or fraudulent use of the Website or for its opposition in any manner to the provisions of this Legal Statement.

SOLARIG ensures the protection of personal information provided by Registered Users and, where appropriate, by Users, according to the principles established in the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999 (the “LOPD”) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, 2007, approving the development regulations of the LOPD. The use of this Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present Legal Statement and its privacy policy.

Data collected from the data collection form on the Website and any other data collection forms will be included in an automated personal data filing system controlled by SOLARIG. SOLARIG will process the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of managing its relationships with its shareholders, clients and/or suppliers and promoting its activities. SOLARIG will cancel, delete and/or block data should the data be inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in conformity with the provisions of data protection legislation.

On the data collection forms, all the fields are mandatory and, accordingly, if the User does not supply the relevant data, SOLARIG may, at its sole discretion, refuse to provide the relevant service or communication.

The User may revoke his consent and exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing for such purpose to the address indicated in the present Legal Statement.

SOLARIG uses the levels of security required by the Security Measures Regulations approved by mentioned Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, 2007. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in an environment such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to the willful misconduct of third parties.

SOLARIG may use cookies while providing the Website service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information on the preferences of a user during his visit to a given website. This information is recorded on small files that are stored in the background on the user’s hardware. Every time the user returns to the website in question, the cookies are activated automatically so that the website is configured with the preferences detected in previous visits. In short, cookies are physical personal data filing systems hosted on the user’s terminal and unequivocally associated with that terminal. Cookies created by other providers cannot be read by the Website.

The User can configure his browser software so that it blocks cookies or generates an alert whenever a cookie is created. The Website and the contents located therein, including, among others, this Legal Statement, are available in Spanish. Notwithstanding, the Website and the contents located therein may be available, totally or partially, in languages other than Spanish, including but not limited to, English and Italian. In case of any discrepancy or difference in the different language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Legal Statement, SOLARIG and the User, expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may be entitled to, and it submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts that may correspond to the User, provided that the User acts as a consumer. Otherwise, and in the event that the User is a resident outside of Spain, SOLARIG and the User, expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply, and both submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Soria (Spain).
