Project Manager (Belgium)

MySolarig is currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER for the Residential Photovoltaic market in Flanders.

Duties:
The right candidate will be dedicated to selling and installing PV systems for individual home-owners. To that effect your 3 main duties will be to:
  • Perform the electrical installations of a residential PV-project i.e. wiring from roof to the inverter location, installation of the inverter, organizing the certification and interconnection process.
  • Supervise and coordinate the roofing works as well as the planning of the project as a whole;to that effect you will supervise and coordinate other installers, communicate with clients, certification bodies, etc..
  • Check quality and safety compliance on site as well as during exploitation; problem-solving or reparation of faulty installations or malfunctioning.
In the process you will develop and lead teams of installers in order to achieve highest possible service and quality levels, resulting in customer satisfaction on the one hand and the obtaining of ISO9001-14001 on the other hand. Throughout this mission, you will promote our business and corporate image by means of relation with clients, suppliers and partners as well as public authorities. You will receive necessary training in all aspects of the business as well as the company with occasional visits to the headquarters in Spain.
Requirements:
  • Diploma: Electricity degree; a Mechanical degree is a plus.
  • Personal: self-motivated, loyal, fluent, organized and good presence.
  • Experience: Knowledge of the local PV marketplace, technology and industry as well as any other previous PV experience is a plus
  • Native Flemish speaker with basic English, French or Spanish
